What we collect

We collect your phone number (for sign-in), your first and last name, your chosen username and your delivery address. If you apply as a Home Chef or Delivery Partner, we also collect the name as on your ID and your date of birth, to match the document. Neighbours see only your username.

Your state, city and PIN code are stored without encryption so Pados can count activity by area. They are never shown to neighbours. Your flat, street and exact location stay encrypted.

The app may read your phone’s location once: to pick the nearest saved address or society when you open Home, or to check that a pin is where you are. That reading is not stored.

Photos and PDFs you attach to a support conversation are kept in private storage. Only you and Pados staff see them, through short-lived links, and every staff view is logged.

The app keeps a random device identifier in its own storage, used only to stop people inviting themselves through the referral program. It is not linked to any advertising or tracking service.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to operate the Pados service — showing what's cooking within 2 km of the place you choose, routing your orders, and notifying you of status changes. We do not sell your data.

Who can see what

• Your username: visible to members near you. • Your delivery address: visible only to whoever brings your order, and only once they have taken it on; every such view is logged. • Your phone number: only Captains (at approval) and Pados staff, and every such read is logged. • Payment details: processed by our payment partner; we store only a reference ID.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing support@pados.one.
