What we collect
We collect your phone number (for OTP sign-in), your self-chosen username, and your flat/delivery address. Your username is the only identity shared with neighbours. Your real name and phone are never revealed to peers.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to operate the Pados service — finding your society, routing your orders, and notifying you of status changes. We do not sell your data.
Who can see what
• Your username: visible to society members. • Your flat number: visible to your delivery partner at handoff only. • Your phone number: only Captains (at approval) and Pados staff, and every such read is logged. • Payment details: processed by our payment partner; we store only a reference ID.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing support@pados.one.
